On the international family day, the Ekvilib Institute and the Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Affairs awarded Halcom with the basic Family-Friendly Enterprise Certificate (May 2009).
Halcom is a holder of the full Family-Friendly Enterprise Certificate since November 2012.
In October 2003 Halcom receives BVQI’s (Bureau Veritas Quality International) certificate for quality standard ISO 9001:2008; in January 2010 - certificate for information security ISO 27001:2005.
The company I d.o.o., a partner of the credit rating company Dun & Bradstreet, awards Halcom with the credit rating of the year award for the sixt time.
Halcom has won the award for the most innovative and motivating business practice for Money Talks and Bytes of Banking advanced skills workshop. In this workshop international students from all over the world have developed new prototypes of gamification of Hal m-Bank and new prototypes of social media banking.
Halcom has been selected as a finalist in Marketing Excellence competition, organised and awarded by the Marketing Association of Slovenia (DMS). The competition joins together companies that are able to put marketing into practice as a business orientation, as well as showcase the role marketing plays in improving companies’ business results.

The Golden Thread Award is a national competition organized by a top Slovene daily newspaper ‘Dnevnik’ which awards employers offering exceptional workplaces for their employees.
In 2007 Halcom won the Golden Thread Award for the best employer in the category of medium and large size companies.
In 2008, 2009, 2010 Halcom continued strong among the finalists in its respective category.
With the solution Hal M-Payments (1-2-3 Pay!) Halcom took the prize of The Best Entrepreneurial Idea Award 2006/07 in the category of innovative enterpreneurial ideas among established companies.
Halcom was one of the six finalists among 500 fastest growing Slovene companies to win The Golden Gazelle award, presented by the magazine Gospodarski Vestnik.
