CISO – Chief Information Security Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to take ownership of the organization’s information security framework and ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information systems and data.
Key responsibilities
The CISO will be responsible for:
- identifying and assessing information security risks and defining acceptable risk levels,
- developing, implementing and monitoring information security policies, internal controls and processes,
- conducting regular security assessments of data centers, applications and services,
- overseeing compliance with the organization’s information security policy,
- maintaining an up-to-date inventory of information assets, critical systems, networks and related data,
- planning and coordinating business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP),
- coordinating security measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of information systems,
- actively participating in security incident detection, response and remediation,
- providing expert guidance and advisory support to executive management and employees,
- collaborating with data protection officers and compliance functions,
- working closely with all organizational units and issuing binding security guidelines,
- raising security awareness and delivering information security training,
- reporting directly to executive management,
- monitoring relevant laws, regulations and standards in the field of information security,
- performing on-call duty when required,
- carrying out additional tasks essential to the information security domain as assigned.

Required knowledge and skills
- excellent command of the English language,
- strong knowledge of IT systems, applications and digital environments,
- advanced proficiency in MS Office tools,
- high level of independence, reliability and attention to detail,
- strong communication, advisory and leadership skills.
