ENROLMENT

The enrolment process is simple; there is no need for visiting your bank or submitting additional documentation. It is, however, important that you initiate the enrolment process while your existing digital certificate is still valid.

 

WHEN IS THE ENROLMENT NOT POSSIBLE?

 

The ‘ONE FOR ALL’ digital certificate cannot be renewed:

  • If your digital certificate has been revoked,
  • If your digital certificate has expired,
  • If the data within the certificate has changed (e.g. company or holder name).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ENROLMENT OF A QUALIFIED DIGITAL CERTIFICATE

ORDER A ENROLMENT

Insert the ONE FOR ALL smart card or USB key and follow the instructions.

Certificate enrolment can be ordered in Internet Explorer 11 or newer version, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

ENROLMENT

Insert the ONE FOR ALL smart card or USB key and run the program for enrolment by selecting “RUN” or save it by clicking on “SAVE”. To complete the enrolment of a renewed digital certificate, please follow the steps below:

WHAT DO I DO AFTER RENEWAL?

For successful use of your renewed qualified digital certificate, please follow these steps:

  • Install the root and interim certificate, and
  • Send an extract of the content of your qualified digital certificate to the banks.

Some banks will only include you into their system after receiving the extract, thereby enabling you further use of their services.
