5SUBMISSION OF FORMS AND PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION

The legal representative of the legal entity submits signed printouts of the following forms:

Overall request form
Request for obtaining digital certificate for plenipotentiary
Extract from a business register, not older than 60 days

in one of the following three ways:

at a bank office or AJPES office

at Halcom d.d.

at a notary public or Administrative Unit

3INSERT A QUALIFIED DIGITAL CERTIFICATE

To register, please insert a valid qualified digital certificate issued by Halcom CA.

Fill in an electronic order form. IMPORTANT: We can currently guarantee that our software will run properly only on Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10 and above), unfortunately we do not support macOS (Apple).

5RECEIPT

After receiving the request, personal data protection statement and payment for the proforma invoice, Halcom CA will send to the holder:

For an advanced certificate trough two separate secure channels:

a smart card/USB key and;
personal passwords (PIN and PUK).

For a standard certificate:

the password for collection of the digital certificate.

4SUBMISSION OF FORMS AND PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION

The completed and signed documents (Request and Consent for the processing of personal data) which are send by electronic mail can be submitted in any of the following ways:

At branch offices of UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d. and Zavarovalnica Sava d.d.

At Halcom d.d.

5RECEIPT

After receiving the request, personal data protection statement and payment for the proforma invoice, Halcom CA will send to the holder:

For an advanced qualified certificate trough two separate secure channels:

For a standard certificate:
