The SEPA area continues to improve European payment systems by introducing new rules that enable faster and more secure euro payments. On 9 October 2025, new requirements under the European Instant Payments Regulation came into effect, aiming to make instant payments more accessible to users and further enhance transaction security.
At Halcom, we have successfully supported the implementation of the new requirements, enabling banks in Slovenia to upgrade their euro instant payment services for both retail and business customers. In doing so, we contribute to more efficient payment processing and an improved user experience.
