3INSERT A QUALIFIED DIGITAL CERTIFICATE
To register, please insert a valid qualified digital certificate issued by Halcom CA.
4INSERT A QUALIFIED DIGITAL CERTIFICATE
Fill in an electronic order form. IMPORTANT: We can currently guarantee that our software will run properly only on Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10 and above), unfortunately we do not support macOS (Apple).
5RECEIPT
After receiving the request, personal data protection statement and payment for the proforma invoice, Halcom CA will send delivery information to the holder.
3ORDER
Fill in an electronic order form. Selecting the certificate is not needed in this step. If your browser opens a "Select a certificate" window, click on "Cancel".
4SUBMISSION OF FORMS
The completed and signed documents (Request and Consent for the processing of personal data) which are send by electronic mail can be submitted personaly or by mail to the address :
5RECEIPT
After receiving the request, personal data protection statement and payment for the proforma invoice, Halcom CA will send delivery information to the holder.

If you decide to have the certificate delivered to your desired address, be aware of the following:
  • After the issuing of the certificate, you will be sent an e-mail that the certificate has been issued and sent by courier in two packages – in the first the certificate (USB or card), and in the second an envelope with your PIN and PUK codes,
  • In most cases, the time required for both shipments to arrive is between 2 and 5 working days (from the day the certificate is made). For this option, Halcom guarantees the production time, but not the delivery time of the certificate,
  • Sent shipments will be delivered exclusively to the person for whom the certificate was created (the courier will refuse to deliver to another person regardless of the reason or authority that the other person has)
